1. 2 oz scotch (Aberlour Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 16 Years Old)
  2. 1 oz branca menta
  3. ½ oz creme de cacao
  4. ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  5. 6 mint leaves

Lightly muddle mint leaves and vanilla extract in stirring glass. Add remaining ingredients, stir with ice, and strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
