- 1 ¼ oz heavy cream
- ¾ oz creme de menthe (Hiram Walker Dark Creme de Menthe)
- ¾ oz creme de cacao (Leroux White Crème de Cacao)
- ½ oz mezcal (Casamigos Mezcal)
- ¼ oz branca menta
- 1 barspoon absinthe (Kübler Swiss Absinthe Superieure)
Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings and a mint sprig.
