Absinthe Suissesse

  1. 1 ½ oz absinthe (Kübler Swiss Absinthe Superieure)
  2. 2 oz heavy cream
  3. 1 oz egg white
  4. ½ oz orgeat
  5. 1 dash orange flower water

Shake with ice, dry shake, and strain into a chilled rocks glass. No garnish.
