- 1 oz pisco (Macchu Pisco)
- ½ oz creme de cacao (Leroux White Crème de Cacao)
- ¼ oz sauvignon blanc (Twelfth Night Sauvignon Blanc)
- ¼ oz fino sherry (Lustau Jarana Very Dry Fino Sherry)
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled nick and nora glass. Express, rim, and discard orange twist. Garnish with square of white chocolate.
