Isle of the Pines

  1. 2 oz pineapple-infused dark rum
  2. ¾ oz brown sugar syrup
  3. 2 plum wedges
  4. 1 lime wedge
  5. 1 rosemary sprig

Dice plum wedges and muddle with lime, rosemary, and brown sugar syrup. Add rum, stir with ice, and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with plum wedge.
