Pineapple Sangaree

  1. 2 ½ oz red wine
  2. 1 oz pineapple-infused dark rum
  3. ¾ oz brown sugar syrup
  4. ½ oz apple cider
  5. ½ oz lemon juice
  6. 1 dash angostura bitters
  7. 2 plum wedges
  8. 1 orange wheel
  9. 2 cinnamon sticks

Infuse red wine with broken cinnamon sticks, diced plum, and orange wheel for 30 minutes in rocks glass. Add remaining ingredients and stir in glass with ice. Grate cinnamon stick onto drink and then drop in.
