- 1 ½ oz fernet (Fernet Branca)
- ½ oz quinquina (Kina L'Aéro d'Or)
- ½ oz cherry liqueur (Cherry Heering)
- ¼ oz vermouth amaro (Punt e Mes)
- ¼ oz espresso liqueur (Caffè Borghetti Espresso Liqueur)
- 1 barspoon dark creme de cacao (Hiram Walker Dark Creme de Cacao)
- 1 dash angostura bitters
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled nick and nora glass. Garnish with a cherry and lemon twist.
