- 1 ½ oz sparkling wine
- 1 oz fernet (Fernet Branca)
- 1 oz sweet vermouth (Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth)
- 1 oz ginger liqueur (Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur)
- 1 oz egg white
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
Shake all but sparkling wine with ice, then dry shake. Pour sparkling wine into large chilled coupe glass and strain rest into glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
