- 1 oz absinthe (Kübler Swiss Absinthe Superieure)
- 1 oz elderflower liqueur (St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur)
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- 3 oz sparkling wine
Shake all but sparking wine with ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with grapefruit twist.
