  1. 1 ½ oz mezcal
  2. ¾ oz grapefruit juice
  3. ½ oz velvet falernum
  4. ½ oz lime juice
  5. ¼ oz simple syrup
  6. 1 oz egg white

Shake with ice, then dry shake, and strain into a chilled coupe glass. No garnish.
