Suro-Mago

  1. 2 oz reposado tequila (Cabo Wabo Tequila Reposado)
  2. ¾ oz sherry (Harvey's Solera Bristol Cream Sherry)
  3. ½ oz elderflower liqueur (St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur)
  4. 1 dash orange bitters

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass rinsed with mezcal. Garnish with grapefruit twist.
