- 2 oz reposado tequila (Cabo Wabo Tequila Reposado)
- ¾ oz sherry (Harvey's Solera Bristol Cream Sherry)
- ½ oz elderflower liqueur (St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur)
- 1 dash orange bitters
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass rinsed with mezcal. Garnish with grapefruit twist.
