- 1 oz sake (Ozeki Daiginjo Ozakaya Chobei Sake)
- 1 oz fino sherry (Lustau Jarana Very Dry Fino Sherry)
- ½ oz white rum (Bacardi White Rum)
- ½ oz chamomile tea
- ¼ oz vermouth blanc (Vermouth de Chambéry)
- 1 dash absinthe (Kübler Swiss Absinthe Superieure)
- 1 dash elderflower liqueur (St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur)
- 1 pinch salt
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled absinthe glass. No garnish.
