  2. 1 oz pineapple juice
  3. ½ oz dry vermouth (Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth)
  4. ½ oz velvet falernum
  5. ½ oz lime juice

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge and spiral lime peel.
