Caribbean Sazerac

  1. 1 ½ oz dark rum (El Dorado 15 Year Old Rum)
  2. ¼ oz white rum (Banks 5 Island Blend Rum)
  3. ¼ oz grenadine
  4. ¼ oz velvet falernum
  5. 2 dashes orange bitters
  6. ¼ oz overproof rum

Rinse a chilled nick & nora glass with overproof rum and discard. Shake other ingredients with ice and strain into glass. Rim with orange zest twist and discard.
