Pizzicato Passage

  1. 1 oz sherry (Harvey's Solera Bristol Cream Sherry)
  2. 1 oz meletti
  3. ½ oz gin
  4. ¼ oz chili liqueur (Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur)
  5. 1 dash chocolate bitters

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with large ice. Garnish with orange twist on a skewer.
