- 1 oz averna (Amaro Averna Siciliano)
- 1 oz benedictine (D.O.M. Bénédictine Liqueur)
- 1 oz espresso liqueur (Caffè Borghetti Espresso Liqueur)
- 2 oz egg white
Shake with ice, then dry shake, and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with ground nutmeg.
