White Mezcal Negroni

  1. ¾ oz gin (Short Path London Dry Gin)
  2. ¾ oz mezcal (Casamigos Mezcal)
  3. ¾ oz gentian liqueur (Salers Aperitif)
  4. ¾ oz vermouth blanc (Vermouth de Chambéry)

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with large ice. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
