Trader Vic's Mai Tai

  1. 1 oz jamaican rum (Appleton Estate Signature Jamaica Rum)
  2. 1 oz dark rum (Bacardi 8 Gold Rum)
  3. 1 oz lime juice
  4. ¾ oz orgeat
  5. ½ oz orange liqueur (Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao)

Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
