- 1 oz jamaican rum (Appleton Estate Signature Jamaica Rum)
- 1 oz dark rum (Bacardi 8 Gold Rum)
- 1 oz lime juice
- ¾ oz orgeat
- ½ oz orange liqueur (Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao)
Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
