Spanish Caravan

  1. 2 oz amontillado sherry (Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry)
  2. ½ oz drambuie (Drambuie)
  3. 1 dash walnut bitters
  4. 1 dash angostura bitters

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled nick and nora glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
