- 1 ½ oz white rum
- ½ oz campari
- ½ oz averna
- ½ oz lime juice
- ¼ oz demerara syrup
- ¼ oz aquafaba
- ½ tsp allspice dram (St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram)
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 1 pinch salt
Shake with ice, then dry shake, and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
