Peligroso

  1. 1 ½ oz white rum
  2. ½ oz campari
  3. ½ oz averna
  4. ½ oz lime juice
  5. ¼ oz demerara syrup
  6. ¼ oz aquafaba
  7. ½ tsp allspice dram (St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram)
  8. 2 dashes angostura bitters
  9. 1 pinch salt

Shake with ice, then dry shake, and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
