- 1 oz irish whiskey (Proper Twelve Irish Whiskey)
- ⅔ oz tawny port (Taylor Fladgate 10 Year Old Tawny Porto)
- ⅓ oz demerara syrup
- 1 dash absinthe (Kübler Swiss Absinthe Superieure)
- 1 dash angostura bitters
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled nick and nora glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
