  1. 1 oz irish whiskey (Proper Twelve Irish Whiskey)
  2. ⅔ oz tawny port (Taylor Fladgate 10 Year Old Tawny Porto)
  3. ⅓ oz demerara syrup
  4. 1 dash absinthe (Kübler Swiss Absinthe Superieure)
  5. 1 dash angostura bitters

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled nick and nora glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
